Development Programme Tennis Squads
Junior try out sessions
 Not sure if your child will enjoy tennis, or the correct squad for his/her ability, our assessment sessions are free to attend and are for complete beginners through to County standard, from 4 years+.
They run every Saturday morning at 9am, no need to book, please arrive 15 minutes beforehand, just bring your completed assessment form and hand it to the coach on arrival, all equipment supplied.

Age 4 - 8
Mini
tennis is a game for little people played on a little court.
We focus on listening, running, throwing, jumping and racket
skills. Once able to Rally-Serve-Score internal competitions
are organised.
The main goal of our Mini Tennis Programme is to get all
children playing twice per week and competing once per month
within their first year of playing.
Under 8 Development
Squads
Our under 8’s typically play 1 to 2 times per week,
with the teaching being games based. Children are encouraged
to compete in inter club matches on a ¾ sized court.
Under 10
Development Squads
Our
under 10’s typically play 1 to 2 times per week, with
the teaching being games based and all children encouraged
to compete in inter club matches on a full court.
Under 12
Development Squads
Our
under 12’s typically play 1 to 2 times per week, with
the teaching being games based and all children encouraged
to compete in inter club matches on a full court.
Under 14
Development Squads
Our under 14’s Development Squads typically train
once per week and are encouraged to go to Club Night
to play matches.
Local Tournaments are available to compete in (details
from the coach).
Under 18
Development Squads
Our under 18’s Development Squads typically train
once per week and are encouraged to go to Club Night
to play matches.
Prices
Development Squads
£6 per hour
Individual lessons are available, prices vary from
£25 - £30 per hour depending on the coach.
Prices may vary on Tennis Directors discretion.
