3 most memorable moments of the weekend for me !!!!!
1. Deano saying he had tired legs in a mxd match when the other 3 on court were at least TWICE his age !! BLESS
2. Typically... Dave spickett not giving up and chasing a ball but fell on his backside .. His partner did not ask him if he was ok and then 2 ponts later hit Dave on the back with a wild f-hand !!
3. Little Steve in his normal fantastic enthusiasm whilst umpiring the mxd final shouting out at least once ! MATCH POINT just before Nigel served...

Three young players, Luca Pavan, Summer Reeves and Phoebe Watton from the Academy were invited to train for the day at the National Centre in Roehampton. They trained alongside Jeremy Bates and Anne Keothavong and had the opportunity to ask Naomi Cavaday questions about the game.
